Coordinated critical project information (briefs, deadlines, progress and client feedback) in an effective and timely manner to all parties involved.

asBuilt provides consultancy services and software solutions for the construction industry. asBuilt’s Vault is a 3D Spatial Intelligence Platform that brings together multiple streams of data into one source of truth.

Key Deliverables as Customer Success Field Specialist: 

Coordinated with Development, Sales and Product teams for successful product updates and delivery

Developed interactive Power BI dashboards, effectively visualising built data for THE LINE – NEOM

Configured Vault instances for customers, converting and optimizing spatial datasets to meet platform requirements. Managed technical customer issues, including preliminary problem diagnosis, ticket system management, and collaboration with the Technical Support Team

A Virtual Reality (VR) based language learning platform using 360 video and A-Frame to create immersive learning experiences.

Key Deliverables as VR Production Assistant: 

Solved a major issue implementing custom google scripts to ensure the product could be shipped on time. 

Assisted in VR Production (360 filming, sound recording, acting)

In charge of VR post-production for over 600 lessons (stitching, editing, formatting, uploading)
